Ordering, Delivery and Returns

Ordering

Most of the things I make are made to order so please bear this in mind when ordering. I try to keep a small stock of finished or partially finished stock items ready but any orders can take 4-6 weeks to complete. If you require an item sooner than that please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Custom items

Any custom orders are also normally completed within the 4-6 week period but this depends on the complexity of your order! Custom orders normally require a deposit, this covers the design work and the creation of any special tools required to make your order. You can contact me to cancel your order at any point but this may incur additional charges depending on the status of the piece. If you are not satisfied upon receiving the finished item, please contact me, often small adjustments can be made free of charge.

Delivery

My pieces are sent by Royal Mail and the service level depends on the value of the piece.

All my pieces are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes and then inside padded envelopes. I try to always use envelopes that have been used before, to save the environment from unnecessary landfill.

Returns

If you are not happy with the piece you have received please contact me and we will try to work something out.

You can return stock items to me for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if you contact me within 14 days of receiving the item and provided they are in original condition. Unfortunately, because of hygiene issues, I am unable to accept returns on earrings or other piercings. I reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that is customised or a personal commission.

Returns are made at your own cost and I cannot issue returns for items that get lost in the post. I suggest you send items using a fully tracked and insured service.
