I love watching bees of all types on a sunny summer afternoon. Burrowing their heads into flowers, leaving with their orange saddlebags of pollen. Bumbling, both aimless and focused, they help us to slow down and appreciate the moment.
Honeybees are delightful little creatures, and so vital to the smooth running of planet earth. Their numbers have been declining rapidly over recent years but with that has come increased awareness of how important they are. Show your support for the six-legged, furry beasties with this beautiful necklace. Delicate silver honeycomb is completed by a tiny 18ct gold bee.

These necklaces are made from original models, hand-carved by me and then cast and finished with 18 inch silver chains in my little workshop in Truro.
